Kemmannugundi Hill Resort

Kemmannugundi is one of those rare places that genuinely earns its title of “Queen of Karnataka Hills.” At 1,434 metres in the Bababudanagiri Range, surrounded by coffee country and dense Shola forests, the air itself is different — cooler, quieter, carrying the smell of wet earth and wildflowers.
The JLR Hill Resort here is the only accommodation inside the Kemmannugundi hill station area that gives you direct access to the morning exclusive treks — a significant advantage over any hotel in the vicinity. Z-Point, Sunset Point and the extraordinary Hebbe Falls are all reachable from here. The jeep ride to Hebbe Falls through Bhadra Tiger Reserve — spotting sambar deer on the off-road forest track — is itself an experience worth the journey.
This is not a wildlife safari destination. This is a hill station retreat where the point is the mist on the valley at dawn, the birdsong at 6 AM, a slow morning coffee before the sunrise trek. No TV in the rooms is intentional.
Our advice: 2 nights gives you Z-Point, Hebbe Falls and Sunset Point without rushing. Weekends fill up quickly — call us and we will secure your booking early.
